Shipping Policy

Shipping process:
Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days if your order is in stock. If your order is sold out it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. If there is a delay we will contact you via email or phone. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.

Shipping rates:
We provide free standard shipping for delivery in the EU.

In Denmark the shipping is provided by GLS.

Shipment to other countries than Denmark is provided by UPS, DHL, FedEx etc. or other carriers that ships to your country.

If you want to return your purchase please note that all costs for the return shipping etc. is paid by you. You can read about returning an item in our Return Policy.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive a mail with your order confirmation. Please check the order confirmation to make sure that all information is correct. We will contact you if there are any issues in processing your order or if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

You will receive an email with your tracking code as soon as we have processed your order.

Shipping times will vary from country to country.

Depending on your location delivery takes 2-7 business days after it has been dispatched for delivery in Europe.

We always aim to deliver within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval. 

Please keep in mind that our shipping timeframe should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Susan Brandt Jewelry can not be held responsible for custom clearance delays or failed payment approval.

Custom, duties and taxes:
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order if you are located in the EU. This means you will not be paying any additional fees. If you're located outside the EU you may need to pay VAT or local sales tax.

Susan Brandt Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for orders made outside the EU. All duties, taxes, fees etc. imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility. 

The price you pay to Susan Brandt Jewelry will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes for purchases made outside the EU. For a purchase made outside the EU you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend you to contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order from outside the EU.

Susan Brandt Jewelry is not liable for items lost during shipping. If your order is lost contact the carrier to file a claim and contact Susan Brandt Jewelry by mail at: sb@susanbrandtjewelry.com.
