Refund Policy

All jewelry from Susan Brandt Jewelry are handcrafted and unique. This is what characterize handcrafted jewelry from factory made jewelry.

Returns:
You can return items from Susan Brandt Jewelry within 14 days from the date received. After 14 days we do not offer you a refund or exchange. 

Before returning an item send a mail to: sb@susanbrandtjewelry.com and notify us that you want to return your item.

The returned item must be unused and in their original condition, i.e. intact and  undamaged. The item must not have any signs of use or any hairlines from use. 

Make sure that the items are in the same condition as when you purchased it - this is your responsibility. 

The item must be in the original packaging and the original invoice must be included.

Items that have been customised to your personal specifications cannot be returned. 

We will be unable to accept the return of any item if these instructions have not been followed.

NOTE:  You cannot return an item by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up from the carrier.

Shipping:
Please read our Refund Policy to complete your return before returning your item.

The returned items should be in good and undamaged condition and must not show signs of damage or use.

The returned items must be packed securely. Make sure the items are protected during shipping. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. We recommend that you insure your return and retain proof of the shipping. The returned items should be in good and undamaged condition and must not show signs of damage or use. The return is at your own cost.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item if these instructions have not been followed.

Refunds:
The returned items should be in their original condition, undamaged condition and must not show signs of damage or use.

Once your return is received in the above mentioned condition, we will send you a mail to notify you that we have received your return and that your refund is in proces.

Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Your shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Complaints:
According to the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act you can make a complaint of defects or faults in the product within 24 months after the purchase.

If you wish to make a complaint about a product this has to be done within 2 months after noticing the defect or fault of the product.
